I am not sure what has changed at this office but their scheduling has been a mess. I received 4 calls on the same day by 2-3 different people to reschedule mine and my two kids appointments only a week away from our original appointment time. Different people kept calling which was getting the schedules all messed up. Then the day before our reschedule appointment they called me again to reschedule. It seems like it is such a mess. When I did have my appointment. One of the ladies (Alex) cleaning my son’s teeth was so rushed she made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. However the lady cleaning my daughter’s teeth (Jacqueline) was nice and made sure we were ok. On a positive note my kid’s dentist (Kaziwa) is amazing. She is friendly, understanding, takes time to listen and explain. I also loved my dentist (Danielle Baratz) who is also friendly, and upbeat and her assist (Adrianna).
